Mrs. Karen Bhoorasingh emerged as the new President of the Insurance Association of Jamaica (IAJ) at the Association’s Annual General Meeting held in May.
She is the first female from the General Insurance Industry to be elected to the Presidency of the 10 year old organisation which was formed from a merger between the Life Insurance Companies Association of Jamaica (LICA) and the Jamaica Association of General Insurance Companies (JAGIC) in 2005.
