Chief digital and marketing officer of NCB Group Nadeen Matthews Blair has challenged businesses to leverage the technologies implemented in their digital transformations to create a positive change in their business models and enhance customer experience.
“Going digital is not just about technology, it’s a way of being that’s critical for us to strive in the new normal. It’s not about just having a website, an Instagram page or customer relationship management (CRM) system, but how you leverage these technologies to transform processes, customer journeys, and even business models,” Matthews Blair said at the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica’s (PSOJ) Let’s Go Digital virtual conference held last week.
