Brittany Quallo (right), Sagicor Life financial adviser and Sagicor Foundation volunteer, presents a cheque for $50,000 to Reverend Dr Peter Garth (left), senior pastor at Hope Gospel Assembly, and Marsha Palmer (second left), the church’s back-to-school fair coordinator, in support of the church’s back-to-school scholarship programme. The donation will assist children with expenses as they get ready for the new school year. Also pictured are (from second left) Takiyah Shaw, Ajayan Phillips and Kyra Tracey – three of the five students who will benefit from the monetary support from the Sagicor Foundation. The foundation also donated 100 exercise books to the cause. The fair was held on August 11 on the church’s premises.
