Host, Acting Vice President Sheraley Bridgeman looks like a Grecian goddess in pure white.

J Wray and Nephew’s @twentythree was transformed into the perfect black and white venue for the recent Guardian General Insurance Awards.

The Guardian women sported pops of magenta in their outfits representing their company’s colour. The men did not miss the memo and donned magenta bow ties. They warmly welcomed their brokers to an event that was designed to show them some love and deep appreciation.

The event was unique in that instead of having just a cocktail hour, it was a cocktail night with the night’s special drink – ‘The Bhoora-Bhoorasingh’ dedicated to the company’s president Karen Bhoorasingh. It was sweet with a kick, just like she is.

Guardian General wanted to ensure that among those being rewarded were not only great agents but the great workers in the agencies as well. These were called Guardian General Ambassadors and received coveted tokens. However, the major award of the night, the ‘Top Performing Broker – New Business’ was given to Fraser, Fontaine & Kong. The prize came with a million-dollar award.
