“Khago” charged with driving unlicensed and uninsured vehicle

Popular entertainer Khago whose given name is Ricardo Gayle, was charged with driving an unlicensed and uninsured motor vehicle by the St. Thomas police.

According to the police, about 11:30 on Monday a team was conducting a vehicular checkpoint along Church Street in Morant Bay when the entertainer was signaled to stop the car he was driving.

It was then discovered that the vehicle was unlicensed and uninsured, as a consequence of which he was charged.

The investigating officer told RJR News that Khago became unruly when he was informed of the charges and walked away. The vehicle was seized by the police.
