Tropical storm Danny, the first named storm of the 2015 Atlantic hurricane season, continues to develop about halfway between Africa and the Lesser Antilles.         Danny is forecast to reach hurricane strength by Thursday.         The computer model forecast shows that it may not reach near the eastern Caribbean Sea until early next week.         The Meteorological Service of Jamaica says Danny is not a threat to the island at this time.
